“ This is a great restaurant in a great location. We got here right after they opened and they were already extremely busy. But we didn't have to wait long. The menu has some really good options. For the appetizer I got fried rattlesnake and prickly pear cactus fries which were great. The rattlesnake with fried perfectly and was very crispy and flavorful. The prickly paraphrase were thin, and perfectly crispy. And for the main dinner, I got the cowboy platter which was huge. The brisket, the ribs, the sausage and the chicken were all cooked perfectly and very flavorful. Overall if you're looking for a great restaurant with great food, great atmosphere and great views, this is the best place to go. ”
“ Such a great experience and one I’d highly recommend. From the staff to the food and the unmatched view of the city. Fab! I ordered filet and it melted in my mouth. Not a bit of fat. Also loved their signature margarita with tequila that’s brought from Mexico. If you haven’t been yet, don’t wait. Also had live country music. Good time!! ”
“ Super fun atmosphere - this restaurant is certainly an experience! I was not a fan of the steer out front. He was covered with flies and they were bothering his eyes. It just gave me the ick (I felt bad for him) going into dinner. The food was excellent. Bread, beans, and salad are served family style. Our entrees also came with corn and carrots (we didn't realize this). I got my steak Cajun style and would recommend it. We spent about 50/each, plus tip. ”
“ This place is fun. The atmosphere is a family-friendly country place with live music, a live bull outside, and a slide inside for the kids. Everyone was super friendly and the food portions were large enough to take home leftovers for the next 2 days, so don’t be scared by the price points. We ordered the cowboy platter, chicken fried steak, and rotisserie chicken. The fry bread that comes at the beginning were delicious, especially with the cinnamon butter. The biscuits were a little dry. You also get a salad with the bread. At the end of the meal you are treated to complimentary cotton candy. ”
“ We love this place! It is definitely kid friendly, family friendly and the food is great! We often wander outside to the empty western area where they do big events even though it can be hot out there. It’s really cool to have a feeling like you’re in the wild West for a second. The views are amazing. The slide is, of course, the most fun and the service is great, especially when the balloon animal guy is around. All my out-of-town buyers who move here when they move to the Ahwatukee, Chandler or Tempe area, I always suggest they go here for dinner and every single homebuyer client of mine has raved about this place. It is loud so be aware of that though, but we think it is a fun loud. It’s great for birthday parties. There’s dancing and live music, too! Just a good vibe. ”
“ Great place. Our server was amazing. The food was good. Most of it has spice (which i cant do) but we did the platter and there was a variety of food on it and enough for us to have some for home. The platter could serve 3. The lemon cotton candy at the end, to my surprise, was super good. The live music is nice, the slide is fun and the bull is adorable. But i hope he has a bigger place to roam too. ”
“ This was a planned event that I attended. Lets start with this place is a LOT of fun. Music, the slide, the sunset, a steer, cool decor and an upbeat vibe! We were a large group, our menu was pretty determined. Our servers were on top of everything. Dinner was a fruit platter on the table waiting for us, Salad, warm biscuits, and the platter with a bit of everything. Steak, ribs, chicken, shrimp, baked potatoes, swordfish, baked beans. Oh and corn! It was good. And very entertaining to our international group that was with us. Everyone really enjoyed their experience. Thanks for the memories! ”
“ Best darn prime rib anywhere in Arizona. My favorite spot for special occasion dinners. The old western charm permeates from every open wooden joist, and the staff in their patriotic shirts and cowboy hats is a real set the stage for the west atmosphere. The food is always perfect, and the salad and beans are a must to take home for leftovers. The view from the terrace overlooking the Phoenix valley is nothing short of spectacular. An incredible eating place and a treasure for the Valley. ”
